We still don’t know! We have contingencies for if the members are interested in staying in our roleplay, maybe not in a camp setting, after summer is over. But even if we do ultimately close at the end of the summer, we fully intend to come back over winter break, and next summer as well!

Yes, we’re active! The dash slows down on weekends as people get busy, but there’s a good flow of new posts during the week!
As for the main, we’re on at least once a day and we’ll be announcing expansions to our team soon as well!
Will more non-counselor staff positions be available in the future? I'd love to see more!!
Definitely a consideration! I have a few ideas to add new roles entirely or add more spots to existing non-counselor roles, but I’m waiting until after our first activity check with clears and to see our numbers after that before adding anything new!
Hello! As you've got a a couple more members now, are there any personalities or powers you'd like to see?
I’d love to see more kids who are reluctant about coming to camp! Maybe for the first time, maybe forcing them to summer camp is something that their parents have been doing for years. Kids who are lost without good cellphone reception, who resent the counselors for making them leave wifi zones and go out and enjoy the fresh air, etc.
As for powers, I’d really love to see more mutants who are specialized for night time. Nocturnal animal physiologies ( raccoon, cats/big cats, mink, porcupine, coyote, etc. ), lunar empowerment, darkness adaptation, and more of the like!

Solos count as a reply! You can earn one point for posting a solo.
As a general rule, anything that would count for activity counts a point. Starters are special, so they count for two points!

There is not! If the members are interested in something like this, let us know! We can always make one.
sorry, i've got a few questions! are mutants allowed to attend regular schools, aka not specifically for mutants? are there mutant schools all over the us?
Yes, they are allowed to attend any school they want, including just regular old public school. It might not be the best experience for them though, depending on where they are and the social climate of the school.
Anti-mutant sentiment is harder to avoid in regular schools; there’s almost always at least going to be one group of kids who were raised to believe that the “mutant freaks” are somehow inferior to themselves, or too dangerous to coexist with regular humans, or both. You run the risk of bullies who target mutants specifically, of staff and administration who turn a blind eye to this, and likely not having many, if any, other mutants in the school with them.
Obviously not every school is going to be exactly the same. Areas of the country ( and world ) that are known to be more progressive ( New York City, California, etc. ) are going to be better about mutant-human coexistence while areas known to be more conservative ( the south, small rural areas ), may be worse.
There are mutant schools all over the country, some with better reputations than others. Not all mutant schools are actually to help mutants. Even so, there’s only a handful of these specialized schools at this time. The Haven system is one of the better known reputable schools.
