Children’s Theater Series Starts Next Week!
One week from today, on Thursday, July 1st at 4:15 pm, our Children’s Summer Theater Series begins! Join us every other Thursday throughout the Summer at the Theater in the Wood to enjoy a special performance put on by our Believe in Books Youth Theater kiddos! Up first, the story of a little mermaid who longs to walk above shore with the man she loves in “The Little Mermaid.” Doors will open at 4:00 pm with the performance beginning at 4:15 pm. Each performance has a suggested donation of $5.00 per person and an online reservation is required for all guests. As we move further into the Summer, we look forward to incredible performances of Beauty & the Beast (Thursday, July 15th), Tarzan: King of the Jungle (Thursday, July 29th), Alice in Wonderland (Thursday, August 12th), and of course The Legend of Hercules (Friday, August 20th). Each show will be performed by our Youth Theater Campers! We are looking for a few more volunteers to help us make popcorn for some of these shows!
