hey i reallylike your stitch art cloth that says "I can start living again", I want to try making that kind of art myself, but what is it actually called? I do not know what the craft itself is called in order to look up guides on how to make them. thanks for reading!

hi! the craft is embroidery, i used a technique i called the ‘back stitch’, it’s very simple :-) good luck pal !!
