Help me find this book!!

Back in 6th grade there was a book I grabbed to read during our "reading time" and it was a young adult vampire book.

It's not Blue Bloods.

I don't remember the title but I remember a good amount of details,

Set in New York, probably Manhattan

There was an elite society of vampires that went to a sort of private school to hone their powers

There is a specific class that trains them in shapeshifting into wolves that don't have tails, with the exception of an Afro- American girl that turns into a panther or puma (there's an incident where she complains about her beads coming off after shifting)

A main It girl described as incredibly beautiful and popular, very rich with a super hot boyfriend

One night going out something happens where she gets separated from her friends and escapes in her wolf form, upon reuniting goes up to her boyfriend and licks his face. However her father comes to pick her up, scolding her for being reckless while she sits naked in her boyfriend's jacket after her clothes got shredded when changing

Also includes a new girl of more humble economic standings that transfers into their school and she recounts how living with her grandmother she's never really had to worry about money because of a man that takes care of them. She didn't know she was a vampire until one day at the playground she fell off and broke her arm, and it healed on its own, her grandmother played off to the parents who witnessed she'd take her to the hospital, but instead took her home explaining what she was. (I think she's actually a half breed)

These two girls don't like each other after a confrontation over hunting the same person (which apparently they do by psychic abilities to lure them) and they play tug a war with the guy's head

Upon meeting at school Popular Girl attacks New Girl when practicing flying in their bat forms described as that of Man Bat from Batman's foes. Boyfriend of Popular Girl is seen talking to New Girl and believes she's trying to steal him away (when in reality he's being nice and she is interested in another guy who I think is human), when flying Popular Girl bites New Girl and it somehow shows the drinker who that person's family is, shocked by what she sees Popular Girl let's go

I think the big revel there is that they're half sisters sharing a father, which would explain the man that provides for New Girl and her family

The last I read was that Popular Girl went to see her father to discuss, possibly blackmail, something

If anyone recognizes the story please tell me!!! I couldn't find it again in class back when I was twelve and it's been bugging me for eleven years!! The cover has a girl on it with a dark background who might've been blonde, the style suggests publication between 2000-2009 and I know it's part of a series since the back showed at least two more books.

But again, it's NOT Blue Bloods.
