A delicious Canadian thing. French fries, gravy, and cheese curds. (I’m not Canadian…just tried it when I was there last fall…)

cheese curds???? admittedly I read it as cheese CRUDS originally ... but still curds doesn’t seem much better ... what are cheese curds??? ... about the only reference I have is Little Miss Muffet sat on her tuffet eating her curds and whey ... but still doesn’t really help ... the fries and gravy sounds awesome though ... i have that on a regular basis :)
