It’s true! Shows like Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood, Peg + Cat, Wild Kratts and so many more, are made right here in our awesome country!
At 9 Story Media Group, we have had the incredible opportunity to work on countless outstanding shows, with some of Canada’s most talented artists. It has been such an honour to be able to share our work with kids and families all over the world.
We wanted to create this short video story to celebrate and share some of the incredible work we do behind our studio walls right here in Toronto and to highlight a slice of the top-notch talent that calls 9 Story Media Group home!
And of course we wanted to wish our great country of Canada one big Happy Birthday, 9 Story style!

A huge round of applause to 9 Story Animator Supervisor and Lead, Steven Boeckler, who put together the adorable animated opening sequence! This was true feat of animation wizardry, as Steve had to use three different programs to make that sequence happen: After Effects, Harmony and Flash! Amazing job Steve!
