Update Galore!

Hey everybody,

We’ve just submitted updates for several of our themes with more to come. These updates mainly target bug fixing, overall smoothness and functionality improvements. The following list is comprised of all themes that recieved an update, there will be more updates coming along the next few weeks as well! :)

-Candice theme v2.1

-Allure theme v2.3

-Astoria theme v1.1

-Disqo theme v1.2

-Hendrix theme v1.3.2

-Madison theme v1.3

As usual these updates should be automagically installed onto your blog, however if it does not auto-install, the reason would most likely be because you’ve made alterations or added additional code to the original theme, this usually happens when you customize or add plugins to the theme like a music player for example. In this case you would need to manually install the theme by visiting our portfolio page (  https://www.tumblr.com/themes/by/artistic-influence  ) then looking for a clicking on your theme to be taken to the theme page .Make sure to make a copy of the older theme so you can copy/paste your plugins or code back into the newer version after installation.

Support Changes

Hello to all using our free and purchased themes,

During this weekend you may notice some of our many points of contact will be disabled, note that this doesn’t mean our support itself is no longer active. We put everything we have into creating themes that we love and support is our way to help make sure you love them too! :D

Over the last few months we’ve noticed people have been having trouble figuring out the best medium of communication to reach us on for support, with all the available options on Tumblr including submit a post, ask feature, a messaging feature, chat feature and emailing, things can get quite confusing, “which do I use for support questions ?”.

In an attempt to create a streamlined approach and single point of contact we have been setting up our ticketing system using ticksy.com to help solve some of these complications and simplify the support process. We’ve set up our support center which can be accessed via the following link:

In addition to support, there are also articles for individual themes to help answer the most commonly asked questions so you may possibly have an answer to your problem within a few minutes.
