Delish vegan gluten free meal at Candle 79 with another dear friend. This past week with my son and his father out of town, I have been really fortunate to have been able to reconnect with friends from my past. It has been super nurturing for my soul. I am grateful for the women who have been in my life for years. One about 28 years, another about 18 years, and another approx 15 years. They are women who listen, give great insight and never just "yes" me. There is something to be said about friends who can really tell you what they feel and think while wanting to see you succeed. I truly value that. They have also known me before I had my spiritual awakening, learning of my gifts AND still stuck around and accepted it! Well we went to candle 79 in NYC it was sooooo amazing we ate so much for starters we had pomegranate setian skewers , with a pesto "sausage "and pepper with arugula flat bread , for dinner my aunt got a mushroom crepe with veggies setian and a cashew cheese sauce ! It was sooooo amazing, my boyfriend got the raw lasagna which was amazing and I got a black bean and Pumpkin seeds burger with polenta fries which was out of this world and then we got dessert with a berry sorbet an almond cream and almond crackers with shots of cherry bombs which was ginger lemon cayenne pepper and cherry soo good can't wait to go back!
