If you like lemon flavored things Sconza's Lemoncello chocolate almonds are really good. It has white chocolate but you don't really taste it, just lemon.

Candy Review: Russell Stover Dark Chocolate Red Velvet Truffle Hearts
I haven't reviewed candy in quite some time. Not since Halloween. I have a bit of an addiction to seasonal candies. The regular chocolate and candy doesn't attract me like festive seasonal packaging does. Maybe it's not shiny enough. Ooh shinies... @_@
A couple weeks ago Rite Aid had a sale on Russell Stover single serve Valentine candies. Only 33 cents with a Rewards card. I only bought two even though I was tempted to buy more. I got one dark chocolate covered marshmallow heart. But I noticed they had something new. Dark chocolate covered red velvet hearts. So I thought I'd try one. I wish I had bought more.
Here's a look at the package. This pic is from the official website under New Products and Valentines Day Sweets. You can find out more at russellstover.com
That tasty slice of cake on the package is not lying (unlike some cakes which are lies). It really does have this sort of cake like taste without being cake. It's not quite the consistency of the truffle hearts, but it's similar. Only the red velvet hearts are not as sweet. It's a perfect balance of sweet and bitter. Neither flavor is too strong and I think fans of both flavors will enjoy them. They're really good and I highly recommend them.
I don't know if the Russell Stover brand is available outside of the U.S. If not then you will have to order them if you'd like to give them a try.
Unfortunately they sold out really fast. So far the Rite Aid in my area has not restocked them. I haven't had a chance to check other stores for them yet. But if I find any more I'm going to stock up and try to ration them. Maybe. >_>
