BRITISH GIRL TRYING SPANISH CANDY SWEETS AND CRISPS MUKBANG
List of Australian Foods
So after my previous post to send Australian food packages to people I decided to find out what that might be. Some of these really suprised me, some I knew. So here's a list and you can make requests if you want something specific and drop me an ask box!
So, if it's bold I was very surprised, and if it's italicised it's something I love.
Vegemite - Yeast and vitamin spread
ANZAC biscuits - sweet biscuit made using rolled oats, flour, desiccated coconut, sugar, butter, golden syrup, baking soda and boiling water - keep like a boss and were eaten a LOT in WW1 and WW2
Burger Rings - Circular ring of burger flavoured chips.
Freddo Frogs - Cadbury chocolate in the shape of a frog. Best when you have a half white chocolate and half milk chocolate frog.
Caramello Koalas - Cadbury chocolate filled with caramel in the shape of a koala.
Violet Crumble/Crunchie - Basically the same thing put out by two different companies. A bar of honeycomb dipped in chocolate.
Shapes - These are basically like small seasoned crackers that come in different shapes depending on their flavours. The most common is BBQ and comes in a hexagon. My favourite flavour is Pizza, but I also like Nacho Cheese. Other flavours are Chicken and Cheese and Bacon.
Tim Tams - Okay, so let me break this down. In your standard tradition Tim Tam you start out with this light creamy chocolate filling, you sandwich it between two chocolate malt biscuits and then you dip the sucker in chocolate. Then you get other varieties where you add a layer of caramel fudge or peppermint creme or you use dark chocolate.
Red Skins - Raspberry flavoured super chewy little stick thing. I swear it's not actually chewy it's really tough. You give this to a kid and they are silent for a half hour.
Minties - I used to LOVE Minties. They are chewy mint flavoured lollies that are individually wrapped with quirky comics. They're really chewy, not soft oops I ate it chewy.
Milo - Basically chocolate and malted barley. It was originally meant to be a nutrition supplement, then they added lots of sugar and marketed it broadly.
Wizz Fizz - It's basically sherbet. Just a different brand. And they come with this really cute little spade spoons to eat it with.
Cherry Ripe - Cherry and coconut centre covered with chocolate as a bar.
Twisties - Twisted cylinders of chips covered with cheese powder or chicken powder but who the hell eats chicken twisties that is stupid you need to eat the cheese ones.
Furry Friends - Thin piece of cadbury chocolate moulded with the cursive Cadbury logo. The selling point here is the Australian animals on the wrappers.
Lamingtons - I do not know why I love square pieces of light and fluffy plain sponge dipped in chocolate sauce and covered in desiccated coconut. It's just good. I don't hold with giving it jammy centers. No. Don't.
Jaffas - I was really surprised about these not being in America and I quite like them. It's basically a ball of chocolate covered with an orange-flavoured candy coating. These are CLASSIC cinema food.
Jersey Caramels - ARE YOU SHITTING ME THESE THINGS ARE AMAZING. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE JERSEY CARAMELS? Okay, I know it's ridiculous but these are one of my favourite pieces of candy and I can't get over that they haven't made their way into mass production in the states. They are basically little squares of condensed milk caramel fudge with a layer of harder white caramel in the middle. SO GOOD.

Candy Vlog: WA Style
Three very tired Tumblr friends eat some weird candy that makes them gag, and then try not to get sad they'll be seperated the next day. There's also some distraction from terrible unwashed hair.
