do you know of anything that would present the same symptoms of adhd without actually having adhd? i have like all of the symptoms, like it just makes sense that i have it and i was incredible sure i have it but when i got tested it turned out it didn't. i still seem to struggle with a lot of the same things adhders struggle with. so, any ideas? is it just my personality? did i pick up habits?
Stress can cause many of the symptoms of ADHD, as well as other things that may affect the same frontal cortex area of the brain.
