I've only kind of been consuming your AU as it comes up on my dash, sorry if you already talked about it before. How come Roman and Remus use pseudonyms?

Just to rephrase this post...

Unsure if you knew that Nicolas Cage was a pseudonym the guy used to try to earn fame as an actor. Since Francis Ford Coppola was his uncle and he wanted to avoid nepotism. In this AU, the Ortiz family is very rich/powerful. And Roman used a similar reasoning.

Remus was the Black Sheep and the family scapegoat (Roman being the Golden Child, which wasn't what it's cracked up to be). Had some behavioral problems and jail time. His parents basically disowned him the day they eventually didn't pay for bail and legal expenses.

Both of them have serious complexes about their parents. (Remus recognized this FAR earlier than Roman did.)

To say more would be spoilers. (I've been trying not to spill ALL the beans, I'm still working on writing this. Pffft.)
