COULDNT GET IT IN B4 THE MONTH ENDED (3 am rn...) but uh i just remembered i DO actually have an answer for canon games

we had jumprope in natlan, and to go with it, little chants for kids to sing when having contests to see who could last the longest! i actually remember one of the ones from my childhood word for word (along with another song, completely unrelated. i wrote it down somewhere?)

anyways, heres how it goes:

"at the horizon the flames roar (roar is held for longer) / and up above the vultures soar (also held longer) / and down below the lavawalker walks / how long does he walk? / how long does he walk for? / how many years does the lavawalker walk for? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... (keeps going until you mess up"

theres another version where its slightly different when counting where it goes: "one year? two years? three years? four? 5, 6, 7, 8, 9..." (and, again, you keep going till you mess up.)

Canon Games?

Great. Let me tell you the great story of Dean Winchester losing card games his entire life.

We usually carried a set of playing cards with us to pass time in motel rooms, and we often played poker for ridiculous stuff like who gets to drive or we used gummy worms as money. Or Rommé, we played that a lot too. And Dean, even though he has a really good poker face, just doesn't have one during card games. It just was so fun to watch that usually unreadable guy give away everything simply with an eyebrow raise or a small noise he didn't even realize he was making. Kept pretending he's losing cause he's a good older brother, yeah yeah :] Even when I tried to let him win, he lost. /lh

We played a lot of poker with Bobby too, he's the one who taught us how to play actually. Very good times. I miss playing with him.

Dad wasn't much into games. The only game dad ever played with us was shooting cans and who shot more off the fence got a small treat or something.

Oh oh oh! Sorry for sending a second one, but!! For canon games!! I remember Flowey and I would play Mario Kart and Smash Bros a lot :] I played with everyone but he really only played with me... I think Undyne liked smash too, surprising no one!!

Alphys showed me a bunch of anime games I think... she liked games with storylines better. At least I think so! I think she might have liked pokemon...?

Mum and Dadsgore preferred board games though!!

Sans could be really good at smash if he tried but he usually didn't. And he could default dance. I've never seen him play fortnite.

Canon games!

Animal crossing existed in the Pokémon world, just the villagers were Pokémon instead. The super rare villagers were legendary Pokémon. My partner had a version that was… probably equivalent to new leaf? That he’d owned for like almost a decade. He spent years building up his town and getting the cool villagers he wanted. I know he had a kyogre villager. It was fun watching him play and be really invested in maintaining his town and relationship with his villagers.

It's funny wanting to participate in Canon Games,

and your brain continually reminds you that as one of your kins your "Games" were mostly:

(warning for gore/body horror stuff. Carrion was/is very gore-centric.)

"Slam the human on the walls and see how long it takes to break its spine"

"Which body can I throw the farthest"

"Can we tear off the head"

(Yes, Yes we could. It was surprisingly easy. Getting JUST the head though... that was a real challenge. :/ Usually the spine came with it.)

"Who has the tastiest limbs"

"Time for a tea party"

(In which instead of dolls I used bodies of humans because it's all I had–)

"How fucked up can I make you look"

(In which I tried to kill someone cleanly then slammed them against walls to see how fucked up they could get before becoming too broken to effectively slam against things)

"Limb explosion"

(In which I kept slamming a body against things until parts of it flew off from such aggressive movements, usually legs, arms, heads... or I shook them like a soda can until I achieved the same result.)

"Yooooo look at the worm!!!"

(Several poor attempts to make human cadavers do something that looks like the "worm" dance by repeatedly slamming them into the floor. Tended to end with a very mushy corpse... :'[ not yummy at all.)

And other absolutely gory monstrosities that were only " fun " because it's all we had available to do. All we got in that place were humans and they kept shooting at us, because we were a " monster " and they had orders to kill us, so... :/

(Sorry if this is too much gore-ish things for one submission, you don't have to post this. It's just mildly funny trying to think of Canon Games, and the flesh hivemind worm thing in the background decides to be like: "HEYYY!! I GOT GAMES!" And they're the most atrocious things you've ever been reminded of. I mean, I also played some Pong with that one scientist who didn't run away screaming from us, but that's because I didn't have the finesse to work better game systems. Joystick type games are all I could work. :'>

But also um... kinfirming Carrion, I suppose? Like officially?)

Canon games I can't think of any games that I played specifically, but I remember that the demon hunters of the Illidari would often play sort of game that was a mixture of hide-and-seek, tag, and just bits and pieces from other things. One of them would attack another one (usually by barreling into them) and the attacker would then run away and try to hide and the one who got attacked would chases them all around the black temple, doing all sorts of crazy things like jumping from tall places and landing without use of wings, dodging through crowded areas without bumping into anyone else, things like that. Training and having fun while doing so. - Kael'thas (🔥🐦) (if that's not taken)

for a future cannon ask, im not certian if this has been done yet, but maybe cannon games? can be anything, like board games you liked, or video games, or games you played with others. for example, i remember us larks liked to come up with increasingly elaborate hand games similar to the harpy hare one. just an idea ^^
