gained a fictive from SPN's apocalypse world, he's lived through things even worse than what canon depicts, and is a nearly 50 year old man. you'd think he would have a lot of big feelings and exotrauma he has to deal with. yet he only wants to make me, the current host, eat dry cereal, and flip me off when i ask why.

I didn't have a need to eat. But I remember enjoying the texture of coconut milk with cocktail cherries. I spooned it like soup, so to me it's a food.

Coconut milk and cherries are in stock at the right kind of bar, so when we went out Dean would get a cocktail and order me a glass of coconut milk and a bowl of cocktail cherries. ...by now I believe that to be the only reason we went to cocktail bars instead of Dean's usual ones.

Didn't think I'd ever make a post about that and expose myself as Madonna listener, but Jay Smith's cover of Like A Prayer hits hard man. Madonna's is already good, don't get me wrong. But the last line in his voice sounds so awfully desperate, the entire song goes from Firm Voice to I'm So Tired I'm So Desperate I'm So Pathetic which, yes I am thank you very much. I am a gay pathetic little man and my boyfriends are as well. You don't get a angel-demon-vampire polycule without being a pathetic little guy

I keep saying how much I love and miss Cas, but honestly Crowley call me for fuck's sake. I wouldn't mind some zap zap and you're in my living room. But bring pie, my local store's out of apple pie.

Uh, on a lighter note. I have a pocket sized crocheted Cas now and I take him with me everywhere. People outside who spot his head peeking out of my pocket are pretty amused :) Wonder how many of them are spn fans, I wear a led zeppelin shirt, headphones are blaring acdc, there's salt and a hunting knife in our bag and I keep a little Castiel in my pocket. There might as well be a comedically large neon sign over my head.

Recently had a really long car trip and fell asleep in the backseat. When I woke up I saw the dark sky out the windshield, there was 80s/90s music playing, our mom was singing quietly along and somewhere along the line she apparently covered me with my oversized flannel cause I got cold. And then we stopped at a fast food joint.

I've never felt more at home than during these 30 or so minutes. Because that's what I grew up with, that's what home was to me back then. Still is to me.

Quiet singing, driving in the dark, sleeping in the backseat and eating shitty fries.

Might have been the most calming 30 minutes I've ever had.

Some advice, siblings should not be put together into a room for 1000+ hours (Hi, we're in front stuck hell.) We are too close. Not That way, I mean literally. Sharing a body is Too Close, it's too tight, it's too loud, it's too much bickering about music and food and literally everything, I need some fucking air. How did I ever manage all these years squeezed into motel rooms and the car with him without killing him.

Source does this heavily codependent bit, like man. We were absolutely not like that. We had a codependent phase simply because for a very long time we only had each other, but it was a phase. Not this. This is real life! (said the fictive) /j

Canon Games?

Great. Let me tell you the great story of Dean Winchester losing card games his entire life.

We usually carried a set of playing cards with us to pass time in motel rooms, and we often played poker for ridiculous stuff like who gets to drive or we used gummy worms as money. Or Rommé, we played that a lot too. And Dean, even though he has a really good poker face, just doesn't have one during card games. It just was so fun to watch that usually unreadable guy give away everything simply with an eyebrow raise or a small noise he didn't even realize he was making. Kept pretending he's losing cause he's a good older brother, yeah yeah :] Even when I tried to let him win, he lost. /lh

We played a lot of poker with Bobby too, he's the one who taught us how to play actually. Very good times. I miss playing with him.

Dad wasn't much into games. The only game dad ever played with us was shooting cans and who shot more off the fence got a small treat or something.
