Normally Sari wouldn't pay this much attention to the words of a stranger-- if what he said didn't make a horrible kind of sense. She'd noticed...things, about herself that seemed weird. And...and some of the stuff that stupid lying jerk face Starscream had said--
But it was crazy! If she was 'techno-organic' she would know about it, right? Right?
Sari managed to bust the frag out before anything worse could happen, which infuriates Meltdown even more then it probably did in canon-- this is the perfect test subject escaping now, because her newly discovered status makes her valuable on more terms then who her father is.
Bulkhead/Prowl/Fanzone get onto the island and discover the Dinobots as that mess is going down, and basically canon progresses as it normally would except Sari is ten times more terrified of Meltdown then she normally would have been (and she was scared of him in canon too) and Meltdown knows (sort of) what Sari is.
Not that he's telling anyone, mind you.
He does have a different target then Blackarachnia during Black Friday though, ahahaha.
Sari notified the Autobots (IE Prowl and Bulkhead) about who took her waaaay earlier then they were able to figure it out in canon, so Meltdown (creepy creep extraordinaire) was forced to accelerate his plans. The moment Sari was dragged to Dinobot Island (kicking and screaming all the way) he took a biological sample from her in order to find out how well his experiments would work on her.
What he found out was not what he was expecting.
The girl, Sumdac's spawn, wasn't even human! His miserable rival had created (or so Meltdown thought) his own child using tech Prometheus could barely begin to comprehend. How fascinating! And think of all the new scientific opportunities that lay before him now...
Sari herself was unaware of what Meltdown had discovered-- all she knew was she had to escape, and fast, before...before bad things started to happen.
Meanwhile, Prowl and Bulkhead (and Fanzone) were making their way to the island, although through a different series of events I don't want to bring up then in canon.
So right after the Tailgunner Disaster, Sari was left alone in one of Sumdacs many abandoned factories, attempting to think up ways to avoid telling the Autobots (and her Dad) that she kinda maybe risked her life to rescue a Decepticon. And then almost caused a zombie apocalypse when her Key was stolen. Whoops.
Checking her phone, she noticed Tailgunner's message, and was feeling kind of good about herself-- but before she could send him a message in return a giant dinosaur robot burst through the ceiling of the warehouse and abducted her. She managed to get a few texts out to the first Autobot on her contact list she could see (Bulkhead) before she dropped her phone into the lake (which, AllSpark dammit she liked that phone).

IC STATUS: CANON UPDATE 'Sound and Fury', 'Lost and Found'
((And here's the long overdue Canon Update))
((Dispensor is the Starscream to Soundwave's Megatron, btw. Thanks Knives. ))
My life has been nuts lately. I think my life was probably always at least a little bit nuts because, hello, daughter of Isaac Sumdac here? But the normal sort of crazy is just Dad creating a technological horror and Fanzone and the police and stuff fixing the mess.
Since the Autobots came to Earth, things have been....weirder.
Not that I'd ever have wanted the Autobots to not have come to earth, or anything! They're my best friends! Ever! And I wouldn't ever have ever wanted to never meet them, ever! It's just, things have been weirder since they landed.
Like..like a few weeks ago, when I got poofed to the crazy universe and Dad other Dad evil professor sumdac that guy tried to do...stuff. That was weird. Yeah. Weird. And what happened this week is just as weird. 'Cause Dad and the Autobots felt bad that my birthday got all...interrupted...because of the alternate universe thing. So they decided to throw me a late birthday party!
It didn't end well.
It wasn't a bad party, or anything. It was private, with just Dad and the Autobots and there was a GIANT cake, and everything was actually pretty awesome! But then Dad got me a toy he made called Soundwave. The first thing I thought was, hey, Soundwave!
Soundwaves' awesome! So this toy-version-possible-alternate Soundwave must be awesome too! Right?
Yeeeeeaaaaah. If 'gaining sentience and attempting to cause a robotic revolution with the aid of that Mountain Dew Robot (apparently he's named Dispensor now?) and also kill me' is awesome, then he's really awesome. And to top things off, these two Decepticon-idiots landed on earth right in the middle of the entire mess.
Urgh.
Everything's taken care of now, but I'm pretty sure the only thing that could have made everything weirder/worse would be if that Flobster Swarm showed up too.
Canon Update: Sound and Fury Pt. 1 (M!A: SG Active)
Autobot Incident Report
Timecode: 46731.5
Reported by: Optimus Prime (Commanding Officer)
I'm afraid to say that the issue first reported in Incident Report 46728.2 (Wherein our human companion, Sari, first began to act oddly) has yet to be resolved. However, more information has been gathered since then.
It appears that the being we had first assumed to be Sari is actually a completely different person. Sort of. Bulkhead, as it turns out, is a highly qualified Space Bridge technician with a background in applied astrophysics. While I can't begin to understand many of the technical terms, he (with some minor assistance from Professor Sumdac) was able to determine that there was an extraordinary burst of energy not unlike transwarp energy in Sari's vicinity around the time the incident began.
According to him- and I'm paraphrasing here- Sari has been replaced with a sort of double, a different Sari from a universe far different from our own. While this is certainly good news, it does leave the question of where Sari herself currently is. I...she was supposed to celebrate the day of her creation today.
