Designed to provide high-quality digital imaging at affordable prices, the C200/200B cameras can record 4K RAW internally to a CFast 2.0 card using Canon’s storage-friendly Cinema RAW Light format. This is one of the villages in which we have documented a religious school, and this video was made during one of their religious festivals. Some of the students from the school are walking around freely in the street, something of a change of scene for us. It was great to see of course, and they were just as surprised to see us walking around as well... enjoying the scene and the street food.
The last few months I become super determined to buy my own camera so that I can do video work without borrowing or renting one. After talking with my #cinematography #professor @pamelaminty this quarter over at @portlandstatefilm and doing some other research. I decide to get myself a #CanonC200 I had been saving up for a little bit now, I was thinking of getting maybe a #DSLR or something under $3000 but, I took the challenge of getting something better. After take the largest loan (well besides for my student loans), and working hard doing some side work, plus some very good friends and family. I was able to get my hands on $8000 to buy this camera and some lens and memory cards (with a few other things). Well last night it all showed up! The #canon was shipped in it package, that in another box, and then the shipping box. I had to cut it free. I am glad that I got to use my XL-2 before I got this new camera, it makes me real appreciate all the hard work I have done and the lesson I have learned. Time for a new chapter!
