I think that I have finally reached an all time low!! With it being the holidays and not having family around or to go to their house like usual, has sent my depression into overdrive!! And it's only going to get worse because Christmas is still to come! Oh boy I can't wait!! If there is one thing that I could pass on to maybe help someone who finds themselves in the same boat as myself in the future it's this. All those cliche sayings that you hear from people about your not promised tomorrow or you can lose everything and everyone in your life overnight, BELIEVE that shit! It's definitely %100 true! And don't think that you are strong enough to handle it with out it really fucking you up because that's a lie we tell ourselves! It's not true though. I was one of the most headstrong people that I knew or ever met. I was put through so much bullshit as a child that I became a person who I did think could be hurt or effected by other people's actions or words easily! Well guess what I found out the hard way that I was not prepared to deal with losing someone who I finally let have my heart and soul and believed that she would not abandon me like my parents and everyone else did in my life but I was wrong and I messed up big time by giving that to her and believing in the FOREVER BULLSHIT! Her leaving me has done more damage and mental health trauma to me than I ever could imagine! And it's not something that just goes away or doesn't effect you anymore in the future. It's how I am now and that's just life!!
