Todays food 29/11/19
Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - a little bit of chicken and rice but i threw it up
Dinner - spaghetti and meatballs, but i threw it up afterwards, it felt horrible because i couldn't stop eating it
Snacks - i binged on pancakes and i feel so fucking disgusting so i had to throw it all up.
First post
My girlfriend was sick last night, shes pretty tired and shes not focused on me. This is good because shes been talking to me lately about how much I've been eating and questioning me saying ive not been eating as much as i used to. ( We used to eat all the time mostly at night, making cakes, puddings, all kinds of fatty things i cant even imagine eating right now ). She's been getting worried and asking about why and about anorexia which i have totally denied. But today is a good day she hasnt mentioned food once or asked me if ive eaten so im happy about that. Im on holiday from work at the moment for two weeks... I was really excited for this but coming up to it i got terrified because shed be with me all the time and id have to eat lunch and everything. Yesterday i had soup but i only put half the can in took a few sips and put the rest down the sink. And with dinner i try and put as little on my plate as i can get away with and eat as little of that as i can, and then after ive eaten i go to the toilet and get it all back up. I want to tell my girlfriend but im terrified because i dont want her to stop me... But i also dont want to keep it from her because we tell eachother everything. I just dont want to stop this or have everyone staring at me watching me to make sure i eat... If i start eating i wont be able to stop and ill lose control.
