Fresh parsley sauce from scratch. 😀 (Instead of the instant bisto version that we normally have that's getting harder to find!... might have been the main reason!😮) I can't remember the last time we actually even had a proper evening meal and tonight's was still partly a 'cheat' from the supermarket (the gammon/pineapple bit).
