This is for people who finished the liyue arc. I mean light spoilers, but ye.

Okay so they talk about how the archon war was 2500 years ago and that the og Seven where the ones that won. It is explicitly stated that Venti is one of the og Seven. I thought at first I might have been confused and got it mixed up with when Venti became an archon, but that’s 100 years before the war started.

Which means that Venti fought in the archon war willingly. So I want to know if why and specifically why and why the heck he took that responsibility.

All I have is that he probably was the only one he felt secure enough to maintain Mondstadt’s freedom and didn’t want to force someone else to do that for him.
