This 1960 Cape Cod in West View, PA must belong to an artist, b/c I didn't expect the art inside. 3bds, 2ba, 1,900sqft, $215k (Zillow's est.: $218,700 - Zillow likes it, it says it's worth more!)

I hope that the new owner doesn't paint over the art or make everything gray. Look at the nice mural in the foyer.

Nice big living room with a stone fireplace. They trimmed out the main wall, painted the ceiling, and left the decorative mirror.

The dining room has nice designs over the doorways, but I don't know what the black shape is supposed to be. They left a nice mirror in here, too.

In the kitchen they accented the dated cabinets and made the door look like dominos. They also carried out the black and red design onto the tile backsplash.

Vintage, original bath that they gave a serene Zen feel to.

Main floor bedroom.

Upstairs, they did some nice accent stripes.

Original half bath with an interesting tile pattern.

This room has some very good artwork. Look at the the whole wall painted like shelving. Very nice.

The basement isn't really what you would call finished, but you can tell that they used it as a family room, by the flooring and the cute wood stove.

And, also the two murals and shelving.

It's a very large space with lots of potential.

Laundry area.

And, this extra room is nice. It could even be an extra bedroom.

There's a very nice deck in the back, but the patio needs to be redone.

Garden in the corner.
