One week ago today, I attended my first ever blogger event, CapFABBAcademy: Make It A Business!  While I missed most of what the speakers had to say (work, always getting in the way!) I did get to meet lots of fellow D.C. area bloggers over drinks and bites at Cuba Libre.  It was so much fun talking blogging and getting insider tips from people who have been doing this longer than I have.  Plus, who doesn't love a reason to get dolled up and head out for drinks downtown on a work night?!  While this was only my first event as a CapFABB member, I hope to attend many more in the future!  Be sure to check my Instagram tomorrow for more pics of beautiful CityCenterDC, where the event was held!
