It's been a while that i cook and share it so i made my favorite dessert. So a long time ago i post a plate of this tasty dessert but i never show how it wasmade. Well now you know how i make them. (this is how my family make them, because there's different kind of Capirotada so please don't say that i forgot to add the cheese since some states they do that)

This week’s theme for @ketocollabs is Easter Tradition! I decided to do a dish that I enjoyed so much during my childhood. I made Low Carb Capirotada. ▫️ Recipe is posted in comments and in pictures. I saw how great it came out for @mi_vida_lowcarb that got the recipe from @spin_queen_nancy ▫️ My mom introduced me to it as a little girl. For two months, every week, my mom would order a large cup of capirotada from a small restaurant across the street from our home. I would make that cup last for an entire week until it was time to buy another cup. I was the only one in my family (we are a total of 5 siblings) that liked it. The restaurant ended up closing. I have tasted others ever since and none have tasted like that one. It's has been a long time since i cooked something traditional. So today i made Capirotada (Mexican pudding bread) and let me tell you that despite appearance it taste really good i just can't have enough of it it's eeally delicious 😋.

Btw this is my favorite dessert.
