I was asked for more Díi lore so here's some cubito lore from my smp
Díi is one of the few characters who still has access to her support system, also one of the few who had one in the first place
She's not beholden the server the way everyone else is. To her that's a snowglobe! A fun little snowglobe, but still a snowglobe. To everyone else this is reality and they're generally not fans of her approach to vacation life
She has so much plot armor and she's always tripping over it. It's fun
Faeline origin! Entirely custom origin! There's a post in my drafts about the month I spent trying to code it and I haven't published that post because I wanted to do it when I succeeded. I'm still roleplaying all of the adjustments her origin gives. Coding is hard.
Díi is on the server to murder someone. She doesn't know WHO she needs to murder, but that is what got her there. No one is aware of this. All of the reasons the others are suspicious of Díi and "disaster hitwoman" is not on the list
I know who she needs to murder. I know they're friends. I know she won't do it. She's still trying to track them down!
Cessation is the only person with half a clue to this because Díi once told them that the bone house was to scare away enemies, which led to talking about enemies, which led to Cessation (an enemy) saying they'd heard of Díi's enemies. They wouldn't give her the nanes when Díi asked. Díi shrugged and went on with her life after this exchange because she's delusional
Díi is convinced - STILL CONVINCED - that she and Cessation are friends. Cessation put iron golems in her house recently. It's fine, the Fae play Tricks on their friends, right?
Accidentally started a war because Cessation was pointing a bow at her and she walked into the arrow, scaring Violet, who then tried to defend her, who was then killed for attacking Cess, and then Díi had to avenge Violet because Violet Is Hers and then there was a lot of yelling
What else has Díi done... Flicker and Violet once stalked her for a couple hundred blocks in the middle of the night. She knew they were there. She was out for a snack of mob souls. She lured them into a cave with her to hang out and she got Flicker to eat a soul. She's very proud of herself for that
The first time Flicker and Díi met Flicker shoved her into a hole and killed her. Díi decided IMMEDIATELY that she was keeping this kid
She is the most earnest fae you will ever meet. That's a bad thing
Capri lost his pet ghast so she replaced him with a changeling ghast and then she found the REAL HUBERT and had to build a saw trap house to send Capri through to rescue the baby. Capri is adamant that was NOT required actually and she could have just handed him Hubert. Díi is equally adamant that Changeling Rules Must Be Followed. And Parents Have To Rescue Their Child If They Figure Out The One They Have Is A Fake.
The trees talk. Cessation doesn't trust Díi because she's a cat but more concerning should be the fact that she's a plant. That's a whole spy network guys.
Everyone on the server is young to her. These are all CHILDREN! Or like, college kids! Except Sohr and Knell, and maybeeeee Prometheus. Prometheus has very adult energy.
In her defense as far as this still-hasn't-happened-murder, she got distracted by making friends and then having to keep said friends alive. Flicker is plotting to kill the whole server and Violet can't be trusted to take care of herself and Capri's soul is trying to tear him in two and Via's in a coma and that's just the people Díi is personally and chiefly responsible for! Thank goodness for the other adults on the server, amiright?
