No sign-ups or commitments necessary. Creations should center on at least one Cap Franchise character. You can take this broadly (as long as you aren’t creating pro-fash works). Absolutely write about Sam and/or Steve. But also write about Fury! The Howlies! Cameron Klein! (And Peggy!)
