depends on if "more emotion" means "louder and more overt" or "layered with even more subtlety", because the latter would be near impossible
Oh yes, the Fifth Doctor's characterization was defined by its subtle emotionality. Its very subtle emotionality. In fact, if you didn't know better, it's so subtle that you might not even realize it's there!
