he's a sweet and lovable creature

Ben would be the kind of friend who would never stop rolling his eyes, would give you a thousand nicknames and would probably always be fucking with something passive aggressive. He won't tell you, but yes, he likes you, he loves you.
He probably wants his privacy but he would always screw you up to tell him everything. It would be like a:
B: Tell me.
X: Okay, on the way to work I met a cat-
B: I hate cats.
Or something like that:

Yes, Ben is an aromatic icon. He would probably end up with a dog in a cabin away from everyone, getting intoxicated on coffee.
