I need to race for a second about John Finnemore’s Souvenir Program. It’s SOOOOOOO good!!!!!

The sketches are fantastic, and extremely funny.

They’re maybe not to everyone’s taste but series 9 and the 2024 special, where all the sketches are interconnected are amazing. It feels so intricate and series 9 in particular just gives me a fuzzy feeling.

The 2025 special just came out and it is magnificent. I was laughing out loud after the last sketch, it was brilliant. Go listen to it if you can and also check out his sitcom cabin pressure, they’re absolutely incredible and I wish more people knew about them so that I could reference them more.

I caught myself singing Captain Dinosaur earlier on, and it took me a moment to realise that was a direct consequence of getting a text with the word 'dinosaur' in it. I love that my brain didn't even bother to inform me about making the connection, just skipped straight to 'let's just sing this' instead.
