Peggy Carter as Captain America
I’ve had Captain Kitten’s manip of Peggy Carter as Captain America as my phone’s lock screen for almost two years. I’ve been wanting to make my own rendition of her as a POP! for a while.
I don’t *love* the comics edition for Marvel Exiles, because I’m not a fan of the weird tie. But I took some inspiration there as well. Also, my Peggy has her hair pragmatically pinned up, because more action heroines need to have their hair up and out of the way. Plus, spats! I love spats. :)

@captain--kitten great point, that are in Storybrooke. If only we knew what they were wearing it would be easier to place. @beka1820 Tiger Lily is due in 17, perhaps they are shooting ahead? It's all rather mysterious...
