A young boy didn’t get on well with other children. He decided to spend his time alone building a snowman. To his surprise, the snowman started talking to him (voiced by Ian McKellen). Okay so eventually Clara's time as The Doctor's companion will end. Just an inevitability, even though I hope it doesn't happen for a VERY long time. Am I the only one who hopes she runs into Captain Latimer (the awkward rich gentleman from "The Snowmen") and slowly becomes reacquainted with him, Francesca, and Digby (the kids) and, like, falls in love with him and decides to stay in that era with Captain Latimer and the Paternoster Gang?

Seriously, they could make a spinoff of the Paternoster Gang...and Clara could help them AND still have a (maybe) happy ending!

Just finished watching The Snowmen on Amazon. Does anybody else notice how the children's father obviously had a thing for Clara? And she had a thing for the Doctor. And then she died. He never even got a chance. At Least when Amy had a thing for the Doctor, Rory still had a chance. I wonder if he could possibly come back too and be her love interest? I just feel bad for the guy.

Update: Just realized his name was Captain Latimer, and there are people talking about this under that tag. Good to know I'm not alone here! lol

(Clara hits the ground wiht a loud THUD)

Vastra: What was that?

Jenny: It's Clara!

(Vastra's device begins to beep)

Latimer: Dear God. Oh, dear God! Where did she fall from?

(Vastra's device reads 'No life signs detected')

Latimer: We have to get her inside.

Vastra: Those things will kill you.

Latimer: She's hurt.

Vastra: She's dead.

(TARDIS Whooshing)

Latimer: What is that? What is happening?

Vastra: He's bringing her in.

(TARDIS appears over Clara, bringing her into the TARDIS)
