Look at all the coal and iron that I found, and that gap in the ground, it is the entrance to my mine! I found all of those raw materials in that one place, making it the largest sum of coal that I have found yet. It may not seem like a lot, but I do not spend that much time mining in one sitting. I always end up clearing places so I can build new things when I feel like building. This may be the reason that I have not found anything better than iron.
Exploring the update: part two!
Here are some pictures of the biomes that I found while exploring the update. The first picture is of the “rooftop forest,” followed by “flower forest,” and the “birch forest.” Also a random picture of a giant mushroom. There are still more things to explore, and I am sure that I will find them soon. It might take a while, due to the total land that I have explored before the update, so it takes a while to discover new things. I also found more coal while on my journey, more than enough to keep my furnace going. I know I say that a lot, but finding coal is a big thing since my small island has no coal on its surface.
My next post will have my complete “writing room,” and I will post more on “Exploring the update.”
Exploring the update! I left my home in search of the new things that the update had to offer, taking three loaves of bread, one sword and two pickaxes. I managed to make a boat for the journey, which made my journey much easier. The picture that you see above is the first newly generated island that I have been to, it is much bigger than the picture leads you to believe. I did not manage to find anything that great on the island, but I did find enough coal to last me quite a while, which makes me a happy camper.

This is what I am doing with all the space in my attic, it is only a desk right now, but I plan to make it into a fabulous room full of book shelves, enchanting tables and maybe a fancy rug.
I hope to finish this project before the next challenge, but it all depends on how much supply I can gather in what time I have.
Garden Submission: This is my submission for the garden contest, plain and simple. I had the idea of making it into a dome, but I thought about all of the glass that I would be wasting if I messed up. I only planted three things that grow, as for the flowerbed. I could not find a village, nor could I kill enough zombies for carrots and potatoes. I will put the glass dome over it eventually and post about it in a later post. As for the carrots and potatoes. I will have to go in search of a villiage far from my desert, since mine is only full of cacti.

House Update! I decided that my home needed something to make it look more like a home. Well, I came up with a bathtub. It is a simple design, and it even has levers as the knobs. The window that I installed works perfect with the view of the ocean, and you cannot see it, but there is also a swamp in the distance. Anyways, this is my bathtub, I hope you like it. Next post is going to be my attic/office.

In this post, I return to the mine from one of my previous posts. This time I made sure, I had at least thirty torches, and a few pickaxes. I ended up finding, 57 pieces of coal and 20 some odd pieces of iron ore! This is also my first post with pictures edited in Photoshop!
