Ethan talking to MG about him being a superhero is giving me Randall vibes from The Order who became a werewolf so he can be a superhero. Some think Ethan is a untriggered werewolf.

Yeah I️‘ve heard a lot of Ethan is a werewolf theories but I️ didn’t make the connect to Randall though but I️ love all three of these characters so I️ love that!

What do you think of Aurora and Tristan relationship? I always had this messed up theory that Tristan had more than brotherly feelings for her. I swear there were times when he looked jealous. The last time they spoke it looked like he was smelling her hair when they hugged and I heard there was a deleted kiss. O.O

oh, for sure, lmao. when he got locked in that container and asked about her after being told how he was gonna eternally suffer at the bottom of an ocean... like, okay, subtle!  🙄 and you could just tell when his ass looked just as pressed as lucien in that pre-dinner scene when klaus kissed her hand. i heard about the deleted kiss as well, during the piano scene i think. i just found it very very funny when elijah called it a pathological obsession or something, because while true, a much louder call was coming from inside the house with that one when klaus was always either killing or warding off all of rebekah’s lovers, lmao.

Would actually be fun if Kaleb fell for Lizzie while trying to get her and MG together but I'm scared how it would mess up their relationship.

You. I like how your mind works. Obviously I don't want conflict between Kaleb and MG, that's the last thing I want, but...if MG likes Kym, and Kaleb likes Lizzie...? It could work! And see, now because I just know that the show is never gonna let us have Lizzie/Kaleb, I want to write exactly that scenario! I'll wait and see, but that is such a good idea, I love that you came to me with that because I was genuinely thinking the same thing, and it's just so good.

Did you like the Emissary Predator idea or no?

I mean listen, if I was still a young kiddo, yeah I would, absolutely…

 But when someone gives you a $88M budget & you churn out a story that’s a Mercury Rising (1998) rip off, mixed with Fanfic one would write when they’re about 12 & starting out, and OF COURSE Shane’s brand of mostly off-key raunchy humor… Adult brain says WTF I paid $10 for this schlock.

Predators in Camo Pants?

It just comes across as gimmicky & let’s be honest: A stupid way to write an Emissary. Emissaries are NOT defector beings from another planet you basically keep as pets & give tommy guns to. Emissaries are diplomatic representatives. And I think that’s one of the huge things that irks me about them. Because a Yautja Emissary would be a brilliant idea… But general audiences don’t go to see a Predator movie for diplomacy & Pulp/Trek style Sci-Fi. They go for action, suspense, and flavors of horror in their Sci-Fi.

Now THIS CONCEPT ART Looks like a proper Emissary, I would have LOVED THIS:

But as it stood in the original script (been awhile since I read it, but), they’re defector Predators. And they kept them in essentially a preserve/pen and gave them fucking camo pants. Listen, it’s cute to draw Preds in human clothes, but in a full motion picture? WTF. Also Predators riding around with humans in a tank? Hooooo Boyyyyy… Super small me would’ve made a fortune playing with action figures if that’s what passes for cinematic green lights.

There’s a TON of content they could have drawn from: comics, novels, games, etc. IDK why they ended up with dreck. And it especially stings when fans can, have, and will write better stories than The Predator (2018) gave us.

There are ways to do stuff like this ‘right’, and by that I mainly mean a logical in ‘canon’ way that’s compelling, and has some bulk to it’s story. Not ‘Hey guys look at this he has human clothes & a human gun & he’s fighting & making jokes with the one-traits/stereotypes!’

Bottom line is that the concept has great potential, but NO I do not really like The Predator (2018)’s execution.

I agree with you. I have a feeling Hope will see Rafael in a new light if her werewolf side unleashes. I kind of want to see that but I kind of don't. It's so hard being a multi shipper! First Handon, Hosie, Hafael, and now possibly Hizzie!

Yeah, I think so too, wrt Hope werewolfing out and seeing Rafael then. I just hope no cheating is involved, and I’d be down for Raf seeing someone else in the mean time. Maybe in s2 or s3 if Hope and Landon break up for a while. Yeah, there’s a lot of stuff here to ship, I’m not even sure what to latch onto. Although I wish Rafael would spend a little more time getting character development with the other wolves, like continuing talking with Jed, learning how to be a leader and stuff. Or learning he’s not good at leading and learning his talents lie elsewhere. That’d be cool too :)

I really enjoyed your analysis on Jonathan and book Sebastian. It's rare these days to find someone who looks beyond the incest, taking a deeper into his character.

Aaa thank you–I’m glad you enjoyed it!! (I’m assuming you’re referring to the prince/princess post–I’m honestly very proud of it even if it’s nearly incomprehensible, considering I hadn’t eaten anything other than popcorn in the past 24 hours or so).

Honestly I know I literally just said this but: the Jonathan Stan Experience™ is just ignoring everything except what sparks joy–and considering how he’s Like That, what remains is pretty much like this

Interesting. Though mostly I believe it was because he was "too pretty" as stated. Since we know what Lilith actually looks like as seen on the show.

I thought that too but there’s really only one instance where he does that but his hands are on the top of his head:

It may be a thing that Soft Nerd™ Sane!Jeremiah did or something because I honestly can’t see THIS Jeremiah doing that.  I think the only time he would fiddle with his hair is when he’s combing it back or something.  He’s a vain mothereffer who cares very much about his appearance.  I think the idea of him being caught fiddling with his appearance would be insulting to him.  He only allows very particular people the privilege to witness that; he’s a very private person.

And in his last episode in S5, his hair pretty goes to Funky Town on that one side only:

And if you look really closely, it’s like... almost dented.  Yeah, like as if someone grabbed his hair...

Plus, @inappropriatefangirlneeds​ touched on this too in a reblog.  Also, on a sidenote, yes, I agree:  whoever is doing the hair for this show is doing wonders for Cameron’s hair because that is really nice hair.  Actually everyone’s hair in this show is top notch.
