Ummm so am I just ridiculously bad at observation or something what is the deal with Captain Pike in this universe?
Cos in The Menagerie (which I just watched yesterday) Spock says he served under Pike for 11 years (and like a really specific number of days and hours and shit lol)... so wait had he been in Starfleet that long in the movie? I do not understand. And, shouldn't Pike be younger?
I'm just confused this is bothering me. If I'm just being dense feel free to curse at me or whathaveyou.
