i can see some improvement the more i gif which is good. i saw somewhere that on a curves layer you set the white point to what you want the lightest point to be and that has done WONDERS XD i'd actually been using his shirt collar for that but now i'm at the eps w/ the blue shirt i'm internally crying cause i'm gonna have to find a new point to use lol luckily the lighting and color grading for his scenes are about the same so once i find a good point i should be okay. 😄ty again for ur help

i totally understand! i'm giffing enver and i'm on that episode and your colouring was so pretty. thank you for the advice though! i'm really new to making gifs and coloring is my biggest struggle rn

Thank you ❤️ You will find what suits you best, I still struggle with colouring too, comes with the territory of gifing different types of scenes and shows. Many times I pull my hair out over a scene and start over haha. I’ve managed to get a colouring I like for AoS because I gif the show so much but, I’ve recently started to gif the MCU more and just cannot get it right. It can take time and practice.

I found that it’s easier when you work to your strengths, I know I’m useless at natural colouring so I try and stay away from that, whereas I know I have been able to create some okay looking colourful sets which I try and incorporate into my gifs. Hopefully the more you practice you’ll be able to pick up the areas which you’re good at which you can use to your advantage 🙂
