Capture Your Grief - Day 29 - Release • There is always a constant swirling of emotions going on inside me - especially while experiencing a rainbow pregnancy. Things come and go or occasionally they sit with me for days or weeks. I have to acknowledge these emotions and process them in order to not feel so stuck. • I know over the course of this month I have worked through and released many emotions at different times, practicing yoga once a week and doing my daily relaxation as part of my hypnobirthing has only helped with this process. • I will be forever holding on to and releasing emotions, sometimes they can come out in unexpected ways which is when I know it’s time to sit in a space and really give myself a chance to feel. • Even though I have struggled to post and write I always find this project beneficial, it is thought provoking and enables me to share my thoughts and feelings while so many other people around the world are doing exactly the same thing.
