@kagaintheskywithdiamonds has a car Stan au withe less killing Here which i highly recomend, but the idea of him accidentally murdering his way to his brothers house is its own kind of funny really. Stan's accidentally the monster in a horror movie, and you know he'd be very 'whoops! that uh. That wasn't me' about it.
