The nights in the colder parts of Alrest never really bothered Jin they way he knew it did others, being acclimated to ice was just perk in these scenarios. He couldn’t help to be worried about their newest member, not knowing if the mysterious traveler could really withstand the snowy weather the way he could. So, he went to find them, maybe offer his coat to keep warm.
Surprisingly, he found them out on the deck, staring at the night sky with wonder in their eyes as they watched snowflakes drift down, catching on their clothes and hair. They weren’t bothered at all by the snow, instead holding out their hands as if to catch more of it, a light giggle escaping their lips at the feeling. Despite the urge to just stand back and watch them in their wonder, Jin couldn’t help but walk over and gently drape his coat over their shoulders, startling the short traveler. The expression on their face when they looked up at him, face flushed at the cold and eyes wide and sparkling, and him only thinking one thought, “cute”.
