Engracia Figueroa, a fierce advocate for people with disabilities, passed away last Sunday due to complications from injuries she sustained when United Airlines destroyed her custom wheelchair last July while traveling back from the #CareCantWait mobilization in DC where she testified in support of #BuildBackBetter.
