Regressors who no longer feel safe in their regression
Regressors who’ve lost a regression space to a bad experience, a breakup, or an abusive carer
Regressors who have flashbacks or panic attacks when regressed
Regressors who feel more vulnerable when regressed

It’s ok to take a break from regressing, or to ease back into it
It’s ok to try other coping skills, or a different regression space
It’s ok to grieve for your lost rgression space, and it’s ok to move on from it
You’re still you, with or without your regression, and you’re going to be ok. ☔️
