HYPER SPECIFIC REFERENCE SHEET FOR CIVIL!!
This is Civil! He's preT cool. And his character design is also cool.

Here's the name for everything he wears and where it's sewn and stuff!!! And don't worry, there's pictures. ;)

Clothing and accessories names starting from top to bottom!
The pictures says some stuff from the text parts and some fun facts, but the text names all the things. You need to see both to get the full picture!
Also the art is approximated and rushed so don't take them completely seriously! 🙏🙏
Top hat
A tophat with a ribbon sewn onto the bottom of it's brim, and on the right, feathers of the same color on the left, attached to the corner between the brim and base of that hat.
Coat + pockets + sleeves
He wears a long coat with a front patch pocket on each side and adorns a lapel collar with contrast-bias-trim folded onto the edges.
The patch pockets have snap buttons. The cap (metal part of top button) has pierced work (decorate holes in the metal) with: two stars, two moons, and two suns. One of each on either side in a pattern of the sun and moon switching places.
His coat has two separate sleeves!
The shorter/smaller one:
A jagged sleeve cap with a dot in the middle of every spike and a thin band around the sleeve above spikes.
The longer one:
Long loose sleeve that almost reach the first digit of his thumb. The sleeves have color block oval design at the bottom. The oval doesn't loop around. Instead there's a second oval on the other side.
Jabot (red fabric thingy with a rose hanging off of fur collar)
Detachable with a fabric rose brooch/pin sewn onto the top of it. The back of the rose head has a shapeable metal rod (pin), that is used to take the jabot on and off the collar.
Collar
Above his coat is a SECOND collar lining and sitting atop the shoulders of the coat.
The fur isn't frayed but collected in tufts of two different colors in a zigzag line. (It's fluff in canon but still collected in specific spots like the gacha design. Just less leaf looking. :P)
Shirt
Sleeveless orange shirt with a black mock turtleneck.
Pants
Long black pants. Nothin' else to it lol
Shoes
Stacy Adams Madison Spectator Spat Boots (not historically accurate, I know, but it's too peak not to use) the spat being short and fastened with buttons decorated with the outline of a rose.
I couldn't get a hyperspecific name of the area where the spat ends so I just got a picture and drew a line lol

Color names!
Top hat, pants, neck of shirt, and button snaps: black
Color of coat and sleeves: sandy brown
Fur tufts: first color is sandy brown, second is slightly dark and saturated terracotta.
Jabot: maroon.
Rose head: red and it's stem is fern green.
Shirt: top half of the shirt is muted burnt orange and the color block at the bottom is Sherwin-Williams Roycroft Copper Red.
Color of pockets, shoulder cap band, and top hat band: pumpkin spice but slightly more saturated.
Color of buttons and jabot:
Shoes: Dark mustard yellow and the base is Fawn colored.
Spat: white
