(For the ship part, it wouldn't happen to completely canon Bernadette, as she is straight, AroAce, and Lithromantic+sexual (which is very intertwined into her lore and without it it isn't accurate to her so that's why it's definitely not canon). For it to work in the hypothetical ships, she is lesbian and not AroAce.)
N1m X Bernadette is Choco-Leaf and Rose Petal
(Better off as strangers tbh. I don't even see them being. friends! They wouldn't click and it wouldn't work out. The communication would be terrible and N1m's insecurity and obliviousness would drive them apart. Also, Bernadette's type is people physically fifty or younger. Her cut off point being below 30 for any chance of attraction. N1m canonically looks nineteen because of her "face", so I think that would be a major turn off for Bernadette.)

(Idk about this one... Seems like a roll of the dice. Also Nim looking so young would be a turn off. I feel like they are better off as friends than lovers.)

(This one's my favorite. They'd love each other very much tbh. Two schoolgirls falling head over heels ehehehe (exaggeration(?)). Probably would both plan to run into eachother with toast in their mouths /j
Veronica would somehow win Bernadette over with her sappiness even though Bernadette would despise it.
Them meeting is impossible, and I don't know how their relationship would start or continue and how they'd meet again, but I do know that if Veronica lived in Bernadette's world, they'd meet during Bernadette's monthly grocery run. Maybe it would be a "got a crush on somebody in the crowd and never saw them again" thing.. Maybe it wouldn't.. Who knows?
Their relationship would be surprisingly healthy (aside for the lying and hiding from Bernadette about the fact she's a cruel villain who's helped tarnished millions or even billions of families for her own selfish purpose).
AND Veronica is 47 (the one Bernadette would date is future Veronica) so there's that.
Veronica's whole thing is communication, empathy, shared hobbies, trust, and intimacy. It's now Bernadette's turn to be smothered.
But... There would always be this secret in their relationship. Bernadette isn't telling her something, and Veronicas wants to know what it is.
Anyway, I don't actually know wether they would break up, never see each other again, move in, get married, etc. That's a very story flippant thing and I have no lore for a "what if they met" thing.)
Even if you think they wouldn't be in a romantic relationship, I can see them becoming best friends!
