Adonis had just been walking along a game trail, hobbling along with the use of the cane he had fashioned after rising. Not having his right leg, he had a habit of wishing for a wheelchair, if only to make travel the slightest bit easier. His left arm, or what was left of it, shot a searing pain up his shoulder, and he grimaced.
Spotting a tree that was fairly easy to get to, he hobbled over and leaned against it, resting. His one good eye, his left one, quickly shifted to the part in the trees further along the game trail. Squinting with the eye, a pain went through him as his mess of a right eye tried to mirror the action. Though, he could swear he saw some form of wolf or the like... There weren’t usually any animals that didn’t leave at his presence alone.
