really, it’s hard to tell whether he’s complimenting RITSU, his piano playing, or his own song. whatever the answer is, it’s irrelevant. he had already snatched the music that once laid on the piano, carelessly stuffing it into his pocket ( he’s bound to eventually lose it, not that he’ll really care. “ ohh, whatever, just lemme whip up another one ! ”, he’d probably yell ).

“ y’know, my songs really do sound the best whenever you play ‘em ! what a shame that you can’t dance, sing, and play at the same time at our lives. do i need the aliens to clone you ? would that help — 

—  haah ? you’d suck out all the blood in my body if i continue to blabber on ? ah, i get it, i get it ! no need to threaten me, RITTSU ! just who do you think i am ? ”

he sticks up his hands defensively, but his expression softens.

“ but i’m glad to be able to hear you play my songs. i could kiss you right now, like all — ” he pauses to purse his lips and make gross kissy sounds. typical leo. “ — okay ? okay ! ”

and so, he rushes over to place a soft lil smooch on RITSU’S forehead, less gross and over-exaggerated than expected. when he pulls away, you can see the faintest shade of red— along with an uncharacteristically gentle smile.

" you ok in there buddy ? " LEO prods at his left butt cheek — where he assumed DAZAI was stored. perhaps he wasn't dead. perhaps there's still a little bit of hope left for him.

        a voice ?  something jabs at the side of his body as dazai tries to scatter back into his feet .  how long has it been since he arrived ?  the place is dark ;  he can’t see or hear anything other than the ominous voice .  something is not quite right  —  there’s a feeling of dread taking over his body ;  this is not what he expected or wanted .

        ‘ who are you ?  have i finally reached the other side ? ’  the last thing he remembers was confusing that kid for chuuya ,  but he could have lost his memory after that .  he tries looking for a light , any sign of hope ,  but it’s useless .  if this is all there is ,  then that voice must belong to a really cruel deity .

       ‘ please let me go . ’

LEO winces as he feels the brunet’s hand enter the void known as his ass, followed by the rest of his body. how unfortunate for yet another person to fall victim into his trap. that poor man may never see the light of day again.
