Mike paced back and forth in his home. He held a cup of coffee in his hand. It was around 10 am, and usually he would be at his shop by now. However, this morning he just couldn't. He stared at the phone. Wondering who he should call first. Or if he should call anyone at all. Grocery store girl would be a good possibility. Call her and asking her to go on another date would be the easy thing to do. It just didn't feel right to him. Then there was Jessica. Mike shook his head. He shouldn't be bothering her anymore than he already had. Besides, how would he even tell her that he wished that the baby survived? Or that he wishes that he never fell into a coma? Or that..it didn't really matter.
He settled on Esme. She would always be a safe choice. But what would he even tell her? How could he even begin to explain what he was feeling? He didn't/couldn't even begin to describe all these thoughts that were going on in his head.
Grocery store girl was kind of weird
Holy shit I have a date tomorrow
Ok but the real question is did Jessica or really any one honestly even try to look for me? Like I literally dissapeared. I was a missing person.
