Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady/Carnage in Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021)
“ what is it? ” words are uttered in exasperation, patience wearing thin — threatening to snap, to shatter like glass. does he think she is oblivious to those lingering glances? the predatorial glint in his dead eyes? there was nothing she was more acclimated to, no talent better suited to her than picking out the lovelorn stare of a lost soul. what irked her was that his gaze felt so different from the rest— hungry, primordial, a thing of instinct.
“ is there something on my face? in my teeth? ” obsidian stained claws settle against the cascading silks of her gown, winding between ivory threads with care as she takes a single step back — makes the space between them feel less permeable. “ or perhaps you simply fancy this dress — then again, I don’t really take you for the type. so — what aren’t you telling me? ” / @carnagefacade.

Normally when Gojo is given a mission, it’s simple for him, something he could play around with if wanted. For anyone other than him, it’s often exceedingly dangerous to even step foot towards. Yet, in some cases, he had faith that they’d succeed and survive.
Though, when told of this thing...this strange Curse? Curse user? Or just some unknown monster in it’s own right? There was a sense of real urgency to his actions. A creature that was devouring people...and anything else...at an alarming speed, then vanishing without a trace of where it had gone. Leaving just massacre after massacre in it’s wake, warehouses left coated in crimson, buildings torn apart, most bodies missing. This wasn’t something he could feel comfortable letting anyone but himself handle.
Even at his full speed, the moment he was alerted, he’d somehow seem to arrive...too late? The carnage was already over, the blood fresh, yet no signs of some special grade or giant creature capable of this much damage...not this quickly. The sheer fear and emotions this creature, being known to the public, would create was catastrophic and would skyrocket curse creation...there was only so many lies that could be made up to explain these events.
“...they couldn’t have gotten away that quickly.” A low mutter to himself as he paced throughout the scene, steps giving off faint splashes as he stepped through the various crimson puddles left behind. There were more bodies left behind here than usual, some cut completely in half and still leaking.

“Quite hilarious, actually. For a person I haven’t met, it’s already so high. I guess, it’s the danger aspects that make the rating so high.”
"When are you going to start telling the truth?"

“ what makes you think i am lying? ” question countered with one of their own; uncaring for the rotting man before them. dio could hardly find themselves even wanting to entertain the fool, but boredom was the devil’s plaything. [ true words spoken when dio raised their left hand with a cup on questionable red liquid inside. ] their head tilts off to the side after a slow, tedious sip, shrugging their shoulder as they brushed off their comment. “ in the end, you hardly deserve anything from the likes of me. rid yourself of my presence. ”

Dark brows furrow in arising curiosity, gaze sifting from the road ahead of them to the being at her side. She hadn’t quite heard anything over the tale she had been telling; mayhaps she missed the sound entirely. Though, there’s certainly a bit of a concern considering the way their tone seems to shift.
“No - should we be worried?”

Reluctance establishes itself, mildly, when it comes to queries stroking Liara’s thought. She has been placed in a desultory predicament—curious, yet circumspect in her inquest. There is a starkness, a perilous demeanor about his eyes; only to be amplified by the paleness of countenance. Concern grows deeper into her conscious. The Illusive Man’s synthetic irises did not issue such a sense of foreboding. A discrepancy in their execution of threats, but Liara knows nothing on individual at hand—only to be more wary, than any digital trace of her Network. Liara pressed the thought of another’s agent, but held a bit of skepticism. She does not know this man, but there is enough instinct to bear caution.
“If I meet you with an objection, I am sure it would warrant transgression,” Beryl eyes steel themselves from doubt, veiled by her occupation. Liara takes this seriously, setting sights on Alex; pausing to offer more consideration. “To what, to who, do I owe your visitation, Hunter—or are you here by your own means?” Liara starves of the onset of trepidation—garnering the congregation catechisms. It is not often she encounters someone that strikes uneasiness to her core, considering her own stance in the Galaxy. “If you do not wish to answer, your name shall suffice.”
