No Smut, Just Two Lovers Having Fun At A Carnival. 🙂

It's been a few months since Salim has been in America.

Him and Jason were driving from the store, when they drove past a carnival.

His head did a quick turn, to see out his window. "What's going on over there?" He asked, his voice full of curiosity.

"It's a carnival. You've never been to one?" Jason asked, not taking his eyes off the road.

"No." Salim mumbled. "We don't have those where I'm from. What are they like?" Salim asked.

"They're fun. There are rides, and games, the food is really good." Jason smiled. "Haven't been to one in years."

"Sounds wonderful." Salim whispered, still staring out the window.

Jason finally turned his head to look at his lover. He sighed.

"You wanna go?" He asked.

Salim turned his head to look at Jason. "W-What? No, we can't. We have groceries in the back seat." He looked down.

"They can wait. Nothin's gotta go in the fridge. It'll be fun." Jason smiled at Salim. Salim smiled back.

Jason turned the car around.

They got out and Salim's eyes lit up with wonder.

"What should we do first?" He asked Jason.

"I don't know. We haven't had lunch yet. You wanna get something to eat? My treat." Jason pulled out his wallet and smiled.

"I'd love to." Salim took Jason's hand. They went to a food stall. Jason ordered them a couple Burgers, some Fries, and a Pepsi to share.

They found a bench to sit on.

Salim took a bite out of his Burgers. "Allah! This is amazing!" He took another big bite.

Jason couldn't help but smile at how happy Salim was, over something as simple as a Burger.

They finished their food, and Jason stood up. "I'll be right back." He got a smirk and Salim cocked his head.

"Stay here." Jason walked away, and Salim stayed on the bench. He watched all the children play and wished he could have taken Zain to a carnival when he was their age.

Jason returned, holding two big Cotton Candies.

"What in the name of Allah, is that?" Salim laughed, arching an eyebrow.

Jason sat down, and handed one to Salim.

"It's Cotton Candy. Try it, it's good." He nodded his head at Salim.

Salim took a small bite. His eyes widened.

"Oh my-" He couldn't finish. He took another big bite.

"This is wonderful! What is it?" He asked.

"Basically sugar." Jason took a bite.

"It's so sweet." Salim licked his lips. "But, not as sweet as you." He nudged his shoulder into Jason's.

Jason kissed his cheek.

After they finish eating their Cotton Candy, they decided to go on some rides.

Jason pointed at the Drop Tower. "Yes! We're doing that!" He pulled on Salim's arm.

"I don't know, Jason..." Salim looked up at it. He felt his stomach turn.

"Come on! It'll be fun! Please?" He begged.

Salim sighed. "Fine..."

They got strapped in. The ride started to go up. Salim closed his eyes.

They were at the top. "This is awesome!" Jason yelled.

Then he looked down. "FUCK! SHIT! OH, HELL NO!" He yelled.

Salim bursted out laughing. The ride dropped down and, Jason screamed.

They got off, and Jason was a little light headed.

"That was fun!" Salim smiled. Jason glared at him.

"H-How 'bout some games?" He stuttered, as he pointed over at the game booths. Salim snickering as he followed his lover.

They walked up to a target shooting game. Jason slammed a few dollars down on the counter. "This is gonna be too easy." He smirked.

The carny took the money, and handed him the gun.

"You get three tries. If you get three out of three, you get a big prize. If you get two, you get a medium prize. You get one, you get a small prize." The carny said.

Jason aimed the gun at the target, and fired. He missed. He got an embarrassed look on his face, because he could hear Salim giggling behind him.

He fired again, and missed. He let out a frustrated grunt. Cursing under his breath.

He really focused this time. He aimed for the target, fired, and missed again.

"Fuck!" He slammed his hand down on the counter.

"It's ok, Habibi. Your probably still lightheaded from the ride." Salim said, as he put his hand on Jason's shoulder.

"How's this, I'll give you one last chance. If you hit the smallest target, I'll give you the big prize." The carny smiled.

Jason aimed for the smallest target, he had to get it in this time.

He fired the gun. "Fuck, Yes!" He yelled. He got it.

He hugged Salim. The carny handed him a big, fluffy, brown bear, with a red bow around it's neck. He gave it to Salim.

"For you, my love." He kissed Salim on the cheek. Salim hugged the bear and smiled.

"Ha! It kinda looks like you!" Jason laughed.

"How so?" Salim arched an eyebrow.

"Because, it's big, and soft, and furry, just like you!" Jason laughed.

Salim rolled his eyes, and couldn't help but chuckled.

After that they went on some calmer rides, like the Carousel.

And they tried the Bumper Cars, Jason got a little to competitive there, ending in a couple of cars getting damaged.

And they also tried the darts game, where Salim won Jason a small, grey, kitty toy, that looked grumpy.

"Ha! It looks just like you! It's grumpy, it's cute, and it's-" Salim couldn't finish, because Jason interrupted him.

"DON'T!" He growled.

"But you didn't let me finish, my love." Salim smiled.

"Fine... Go ahead..." Jason sighed.

"And it's small just like you!" Salim patted Jason on the head.

Jason glared at Salim, and Salim held the toy up beside Jason's face.

"It's uncanny!" Salim laughed.

"No need to be a smart-ass!" Jason grumbled.

A few hours later, Jason and Salim sat on top of the Farris Wheel. Jason put his arm around Salim, and Salim did the same to him..

It was dark out now. The park was lit up from all the lights from the rides and the games.

Salim rested his head on Jason's shoulder. "It's beautiful." He whispered. "Just like you."

Jason smiled, and kissed Salim on the head. "Right back atcha, Sweetheart." He whispered back.

Driving home they were both exhausted from the day they had.

Jason looked over to Salim, who was fast asleep, cuddling his bear, with a big smile on his face.

His heart felt so warm at the sight of how happy his lover was.

Nothing has ever made him happier.

(I had to use Google ALOT for this! It's been so long since I've been to a carnival. Funny story though, when I was ten, I went to a fair with my parents. I really wanted to go on a ride called The Hang Glider. Basically, you lay flat on this slab thingy, and it takes you high up, and you soar around like Superman. So I went on it with my Dad. I closed my eyes when we were going up, cuz I got a little scared, opened my eyes when we got up to the top, I realized we were a lot higher than I expected, and SCREAMED Fuck and Shit as loud as I could. The whole park probably heard me!!! It was the first time I ever swore in public... 🤦‍♀️😆)
