laughing at the fact that this person has no life and sent this to like 5 different people. so glad I chose the right side of the this fandom.

It's really freaking sad how damn bored they are and how desperate they are to make their ship work, but that aside, it's just such a disgusting thing that I'm legitimately shocked someone had the audacity to even write it.

I've seen a lot of CSers get the same exact message today. Definitely a troll looking to cause reaction. Ugh. These people... ugh.

I agree, for sure, it just seems odd he's repeatedly kissing her on the forehead. I just don't think they had that time of affectionate relationship but -- I could be wrong??

We only know for sure that he kisses her once on the forehead (which didn't look like something she was all that into), and Emma doesn't know who he is at this point, so she'd relate to him only as CG her friend in NYC, and not as Rumplestiltskin the curse mastermind and Dark One and grandfather of her son and so on. I dunno. I just think that he's not going to be a completely new character invented out of nowhere, and that with Rumple conveniently absent/dead from the rest of the gang back in FTL, it would make for a neat plot twist. Also, I'm kind of invested in the idea of Hook being in NYC while Rumple was there (like he was last time) and instead focusing on Emma and love instead of murder and revenge. CG could then make a few more guest appearances as younger!Rumple, but obviously wouldn't be needed long term when Robert took back the role again.

Ehh I don't know, I'm a bit attached to the theory, lol. But we'll see.

Exactly. Plus, I feel like her parents were there and Regina so he acted in the most collected way he could've while internally suffering. As you said, no one knew then, so had he reacted differently it would've been like wtf where's this coming from, but now everyone would expect him be on edge, panic, and jump to her rescue. I was sort of imagining something "Dark Hollow" like where it happens quickly and her life is in someone else's hands directly.
