My First Weigh In!
So I decided to get a starting point… I say starting point cos I’ve been working out 6 times a week for the past 2-3 weeks and didn’t wanna be discouraged if I hadn’t lost any weight. I obviously don’t know my body fat percentage so no shocks there.
I didn’t have time to post my smoothie this morning, but it was the same as yesterday’s without the protein powder and peanut butter.
My weight today- Sun 12th March BF%- 33.1 Weight- 71kg/ 11st 1lb
So my body fat percentage is borderline average/obese which is only going to improve. I thought it would be worse, so I’m not too annoyed about that.
I last weighed myself early February, and I was around 11st 6, so I’ve lost around 5lbs! This was I nice surprise when I got home and converted kg into stone because I’m an old woman who can’t get past the metric system :p
So my lunch is this very inspiring and complicated red pepper hummus/humous/homous and carrot batons… probably not the healthiest of lunches, but I had a craving and my weigh in wasn’t too bad so fuckit.
There are no classes at the gym on Sunday and it’s only open from 10-2 so I use that as my rest/ cheat meal day. I’m already looking forward to my cheesy pasta meal tonight and probably more than a bottle of rosé :D
