I will accept this if, and only if, you send in video footage of yourself (or an average farm boy) wearing all of that, plus a pack stuffed with adventuring gear, plus another adventurer’s pack, and then sprint and have a sword fight after walking all day carrying it. If you can’t do that, you’re gonna have to concede it’s too many weapons. Keep in mind the swords have to be proper steel, the shield is a heavy shield, and the crossbow is full-sized, not a hand crossbow.

which is nice and all, because Willow never sells or throws away a healing item if he can help it. But until the recent update when it actually shows you what the stack weight is, it could be hard to know exactly how much of something you're carrying.
I would like to present Willow's personal stockpile *in his backpack somehow* of stimpacks:
FORTY-ONE POUNDS OF STIMPACKS. When their weight was already reduced by 90%
Willow, it is okay to sell at least half of those.
Willow: NEVER! What if I needed them?!
