2GE+HER the Movie DVD Extras - "Total Request Live (3.28.00)″
spooky tuesday is a (now not so new!) podcast where we’re breaking down all of our favorite slashers, thrillers, monster movies and black comedies on the new scariest day of the week.
it’s no secret that josie and the pussycats (2001) is The Best Movie Ever (join the army!), so it was only a matter of time before we covered it here on spooky tuesday. it may not technically be a horror movie, but it is in its own way a murder mystery — and given that it’s been just about a year since we first came up with the concept of fifth tuesday, we knew its day had finally come. a musical comedy with a banger soundtrack and a killer cast, this flick didn’t get the appreciation and critical acclaim it deserved twenty years ago, but we’re doing our part to make up for that now as we talk about the romantic tension between josie and valerie, how absolutely iconic fiona is, and everything that dujour means (friendship, crash positions, etc).
give spooky tuesday a listen on apple podcasts, spotify, iheart radio, or stitcher

Carson Daly posts emotional message to his late mother: 'Mom, pops is good'

Carson Daly has shared a powerful and emotional message to his late mother, Pattie Daly Caruso, who passed away last month.
In a tweet he posted in the end of September, Carson wrote, “2 wks ago mom passed away amidst caring for my ailing dad. Mom, pops is good. We got him. Just as God has you, we have him, wrapped in love.”
Pattie died Sept. 17 at the age of 73, leaving behind her husband (and Carson’s stepfather), Richard Caruso; her two children, Carson and Quinn; and five grandchildren.
Carson, who lost his father, Jim Daly, at a young age, has spoken fondly of Caruso in the past. He reflected on his family life in 2013 for TODAY’s #InspiredBy series: “I always say that God blessed me with two incredible dads.”
A year later, he opened up about his stepfather’s work ethic.
“I remember hearing his dress shoes hit our wood floor in Santa Monica as he would be leaving to work at about 5:00 in the morning. Every day, I would wake up and go, ‘Wow, there's Dad, going to work,’” Carson said. His stepfather didn't return until 6:30 at night.
"But family meant everything to him and he worked hard to provide for us.”
Family certainly means everything to Carson, who has paid several tributes to his mother on social media since her passing. On Thursday, he shared a photo of himself with Pattiethat was taken when he was a young boy.
“This is what unconditional love looks like. God give me the continued strength I need right now,” he wrote.

Carson is grateful for the love and support he's received over the past two weeks, and he took the time on Sunday night to express his appreciation.
"Back 2 work in the am. No words express the gratitude I have for @TODAYshow & @NBCTheVoice fam. And YOU. I'll thank you all on air tomorrow," he tweeted.
We wish nothing but the best for Carson and his family; our thoughts are with them at this very trying and difficult time.
